HOLOS GLOBAL SYSTEM


On the 22 of May 2003, the representatives of the physical and legal individuals that have put at Holos Holding S.A.'s disposal 12,500 billions of US Dollars, 11,452 - par to 49,649 billions of PPP international dollars - of them addressed to the Holos Global System Program, have stated the following agenda:

1. within June 2003, starting of the Holos Global System in 178 of the 234 Countries to whom it has been proposed;

2. July 2003:

   • further emission of 60 billion Dhana, guaranteed by holdings of the above mentioned Countries with total value par to 1,500 billions of Euro (in addition to the 6 billions issued on the 14th of June 2001 and to the 34 billions of Dhana emitted on the 3rd of June 2002, guaranteed by a total capital worth 1,000 billions of Euro);

   • proposal concerning the emission of a special 1000 Dhana denomination exclusively addressed to humanitarian initiatives;

3. within August 2003, increase of the carrying out process for the diffusion of the totally emitted 100 billions of Dhana, with the assignment of 100 Dhana to one billion people;

4. within September 2003, settlement of the structure promoting the Republic of the Earth;

5. within November 2003, completion of the Kayamara plan (the 30th plan of Holos Global System) for the research on cells.
